How long does it take to receive an order after it's placed?
Please allow an approximate 5 working days before your order is shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may extend up to 10 days or more (March through November). Also consider UPS transit times, as for all shipments will be relayed through UPS. What method of shipping does On The Go Linens use?
We use UPS as our shipping courier. Freight forwarders and trucking companies may be used by the sole discretion of On The Go Linens for larger orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are available with a 45% restocking fee. If a sudden change of color in your product is necessary, we will be more then glad to exchange your product for you.
All Sales are Final - No exchanges on Final Sale Items
Fabric by the Yard, Fabric the Bolt, Color Cards, Color Swatches are final.  No Exchanges available
What is your return policy?
             Returnes are available with a 45% restocking fee.
All On The Go Linens products are carefully custom made to order. Returns will not be possible unless products shipped were received damaged and deemed as a faulty order. If you feel your product is one of the following:“Missing Merchandise”, “Damaged Products”, and or “Products shipped incorrectly”, please call an associate for further details and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
All Sales are Final - No Returns on Final Sale Items.

Does On The Go Linens rent or sell their products?
All products on our website are for sale and not available to rent.
How can I get swatches or samples?
Sample swatches of fabrics are readily available and you can choose your fabric sample here.
Can I custom choose a size that is not already on the website?
Yes! On The Go Linens has experience with any size linens, custom made pipe and drape, and much much more. Please inquire with your associate for any detailed custom work job.
Will On The Go Linens accept a job they cannot handle?
Here at On The Go Linens we know how important your event is. If we feel we are not eligible or will not have proportional amount of time to finish a job, then we will not take the job. We would rather sleep with a clear conscious then put our clients' event at risk.
Are rush orders available?
Yes we will indefinitely accept orders on a rush basis. Please contact our associates for details.
Who is responsible for merchandise after the goods have been shipped?
a) If your order does qualify for Free shipping: FOB Origin, freight allowed Seller pays freight charges Buyer owns goods in transit Buyer files any damage claims Title passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier. The buyer must file the claim as the owner of freight which is lost or damaged en route to the destination. Freight will be paid by the seller and the cost of freight has already been figured into the cost of goods.
b) If your order does not qualify for free shipping: According to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) regulations:

FOB Origin, prepay freight & add Seller pays freight charges, recharges to buyer Buyer owns goods in transit Buyer files any damage claims Title passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier. The buyer must file the claim as the owner of freight which is lost or damaged en route to the destination. Freight will be paid by the seller, but the cost of the freight will be added to the invoice for the sale of the goods.
